17th Century oak coffer, the hinged plank top above a carved three panel front on stile supports, 54ins wide
Marks on lid where has been prised open, lock missing, later carved and has been stripped and re-polished in the past (no patina). Feet original length but a little eaten / woodworm - not active now. Retains original hinges. 2 plank top join is opening up a little
