19th Century French ormolu mantel clock inset with painted porcelain panels and dial, the case mounted with Medieval figures and arms, the two train movement striking on the external bell and internal gong, the back plate inscribed Japy Freres

More Information

All porcelain panels including the dial are in good condition. Overall in good original condition. We think that the gilding needs a gentle clean to make it bright again. It is a Japy Freres movement. It is currently ticking but does not run or chime.
